How can You Support Us?
Our mission is to provide grants and support to organizations that further the development of compassionate pediatric palliative and hospice care. We aim to develop the first pediatric hospice and respite house in the Southeast.
To make this a reality, we need your support. Whether you’re a person touched by the loss of a child who experienced a life-ending illness, or you have a heart to come alongside families by offering compassionate pediatric care, we invite you to support us by donating, volunteering, sponsoring or partnering.

Created under the Foundation of the Carolinas, the Piper G. Amundson Memorial Fund provides grants to organizations in the area that support children’s hospice programs or wish to expand existing programs.
If you’d like to support our mission, you can make a gift here.

Our most important need is to continue to provide community support.
Please consider an ongoing sponsorship of our mission. An evergreen sponsorship provides us planned income to continue to offer our services in the community.
Sponsor a hospice closet at a local hospital. A closet of clothing, items and photo pros for kids that could not leave the hospital or are not well enough to make it home.
Sponsor an event that helps to create life enrichment for medically complex kiddos.
Sponsor a component of Piper’s Place! We would love to have funding to provide specific components of the house. We are in need of a lot of specialty equipment etc that is difficult to procure in this area.
If you or your company are interested in sponsorship, please contact us.

We work with hospitals and medical professionals to educate and equip staff to offer informed guidance to children experiencing life-limiting illnesses and their families. To partner with us for continuing education opportunities, we’d love to talk with you. Contact us today.
